Sr.Officer - m-Banking Facilitation

Responsibilities

• Create retention program for customers and partners jointly with CLM, Regional, and Partner
• Cross-selling M-Banking with other M-Finance product & other XL hot product/promo
• Increasing revenue growth: daily avg & month-to-month
• Providing revenue report and analysis with advices
• Coordinate with CRM for issue

Requirements

• S1 from any discipline
• Min 2 years experience in telco for M-Banking business
• Target oriented on creating retention program for customer and/or partner
• Able to create & maintain a good relationship with partners
• Able to work individual & cross function
• Good in English, MS Office & Presentation skill

Successful candidates will work in a result oriented and dynamic environment. English proficiency and computer literacy are required for this position.
