As the name suggests, you will analyse and identify training needs for employees and communicate to the respective departments. Consequently various training programs will be charted as per the needs of the employees. You will support the corporate learning strategy for the business managing projects relating to training, developing training curriculum, maintaining program content of courses and supporting business departments. This will further aid in understanding training needs. All training materials need to comply with ANZ's policies and procedures.
Qualifications
A successful candidate will bring to business, 2 to 3 years of training experience in Retail and Wealth area. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are mandatory for this role.
