Human Capital and General Affairs Head
Responsibilities:
1.The incumbent will report to General Manager.
2.He/She should have sound knowledge of local employment law and able to lead HR team to maintain high level service to achieve Company goals.
3.Reviewing of existing benefits program, benchmark against market practices and recommend changes where necessary.
4.Possess good knowledge in handling full spectrum of Human Resources functions covering staffing, compensation and benefits, training program, employee relations, legal, wellness activities and administrative duties.
5.As a strategic partner of the Company, successful candidate will also need to be an active participant in divisional strategic business planning.
6.Posses ability to handle general affairs functions covering office support operation, internet, office IT, dealing with vendor, contract & legal document, office equipment and office administrative duties.
Requirements:
1.Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
2.Analytical, adept with numbers, meticulous and resourceful as well.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3.Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
4.Fluent English pasive and active.
5.Prior experience in consultant organization will be added advantage.
